Full Job Description
We're looking for a strong, hands-on Sous Chef to join Maliéu, our exciting new opening in Fulham. You'll be the second-in-command of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality food across busy breakfast, brunch and lunch services. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and cooking during busy services
- Daily prep, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining food quality and presentation
- Food safety records, temperature checks and cleaning rotas
