Maintaining excellent preparation, presentation and food safety standards
Training, supporting and inspiring junior chefs
Assisting with ordering, stock control and waste management
Working confidently on the pass and grill section
Ensuring compliance with allergen, HACCP and kitchen standards

Crystal Maze London is seeking passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support an exciting new opening. You will help lead service and confidently run the kitchen under the Kitchen Manager, while bringing creativity and flair to seasonal dishes., At least one year of experience as a Sous Chef
A strong pub or brasserie background
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
A sound understanding of allergens, HACCP and kitchen compliance
A creative mindset and genuine passion for great food
A Level 2 Catering Certificate
