Full Job Description
- Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of The Latymer kitchen
- Lead a section and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes to Michelin-star standards
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness
- Support and guide junior chefs, encouraging development, consistency and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and COSHH regulations
- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal dishes
- Deliver calm, organised and efficient service within a high-performance fine dining environment
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a quality fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen - Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Passion for exceptional ingredients, technical excellence and high-quality food
- Good leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate and develop others
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational and communication skills
- A willingness to learn, grow and progress within a Michelin-starred environment
