Full Job Description
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering fresh, high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation. You will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, team supervision, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.,
- Assist in the preparation and service of fresh, nutritious meals
- Support menu planning and food innovation
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure efficient stock control and minimal waste
Previous experience in a similar Sous Chef role - Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
