Sous Chef - Ellesmere Port, Cheshire As a Sous Chef, you'll be leading the shifts and directing the kitchen team so every dish is something to be proud of. You will consistently deliver to brand standard and will enjoy additional responsibilities including managing and developing the kitchen team. What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook fresh, high quality dishes, making sure every plate is served with care, consistency and attention to detail
• Role model excellent food safety, health and safety and hygiene standards, helping to keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised
• Support the head chef in leading a busy, high performing and profitable kitchen
• Help create a positive, supportive environment where every team member feels valued and motivated
• Grow an already established knowledge of our ingredients, recipes and North African and Middle Eastern cooking techniques, including charcoal grills
• Share your knowledge and coach your colleagues, helping them build confidence and develop their skills
• Stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly and work closely with the management team to keep service running smoothly
• Look for opportunities to improve the way the kitchen operates, making small changes that have a positive impact on the team and the business
