Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Train and mentor junior chefs

Take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Support the wider team during busy service periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section

Previous experience in a quality hotel or restaurant environment
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
