Sous Chef at Cathay Pacific Terminal 3 Heathrow Airport,

• To ensure all food is stored, handled and packed at the correct temperature and in accordance with Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations.
• To maintain records of temperatures and remedial action taken where necessary, reporting all issues to your line manager.
• To serve on the food counters in the client's premises following all customer service standards.
• To ensure that work areas are kept clean and that all waste is recorded and disposed of correctly.
• Ensure kitchen staff on correct labelling and date all food items in line with allergens
• Ensure the quality and the presentation of the food is to the highest standard and follows all specification sheets agreed by the Client.
• Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality, quantity are consistently monitored, maintained and display as per set specification
• Ensure buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items for a la carte service are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required and in accordance with food and safety standards.

Package Description
• 18.30 per hour
• 4 on and 2 off pattern (2 early and 2 late)
• You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.
