As Sous Chef at Prezzo Italian, you're your Head Chef's right hand. You run shifts in the kitchen, keep standards high on every section, and take charge when your Head Chef isn't there.

What you'll be responsible for

Leading the kitchen

Run the pass and lead shifts with confidence.

Train and coach the team, helping develop the chefs of tomorrow.

Step up and run the kitchen in your Head Chef's absence.

Cooking the Italian classics properly

Make sure every dish is made fresh, cooked properly and plated to spec.

Jump on any section when it's needed.

Work closely with front of house so every guest gets the same great impression.

Keeping standards high

Help manage ordering, stock and waste.

Lead on food safety, allergens and health and safety, every shift.

Keep the kitchen clean, organised and audit-ready.
