Sous Chef

These roles will support a vibrant programme of food, drink, entertainment, cultural activities and events, creating welcoming spaces that attract residents and visitors throughout the day and into the evening. As our venues develop, successful candidates may be required to work across both locations. The roles involve evening and weekend working on a rota basis and offer the opportunity to be part of something genuinely new and ambitious for Accrington., You'll prepare fresh food, help develop menus and seasonal specials, support catering for events and functions, and maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen management and kitchen safety. You'll also guide Venue Crew Members when they are supporting kitchen operations. We are seeking people who:

  We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Partie with excellent cookery skills, creativity, a passion for quality produce and a commitment to outstanding customer service., Have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment and are willing to learn.
• Are reliable, flexible and professional.
