Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team, supporting the Chef Manager in delivering modern world cuisine with a focus on local produce, bold flavours and exciting dishes. Catering for around 180 people daily, the site also offers breakfast and hospitality services. You'll play an important role in the smooth running of the kitchen, supporting with main courses, salad bar and day-to-day kitchen requirements, as well as ordering, health and safety and COSHH.

We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout., + Be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and the preparation and cooking of all types of dishes.
+ Be responsible, dedicated and a strong leader with the ability to manage a brigade of talented chefs.
+ Be able to train and develop your team supportively and professionally.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7am until 3:30pm. The proposed start date for this role is 11th October 2026., + Deliver consistent food standards following the Wilson Vale brand standards.
