As Sous Chef, you'll step up when the Head Chef is away, keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every dish is served with flair. You'll take the lead on placing orders, creating weekly specials, and maintaining top standards with HACCP and date labelling. Your ability to run a service confidently will make you an essential part of our vibrant team.
