Sous Chef £43,745.38, Epsom, Surrey The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with two stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests., As a Sous Chef you will be passionate about cooking and being a leader. Your duties will be to maintain and supervise and to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation in all outlets to produce high quality standards of food and continually strive for perfection and high levels of member satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and supervise and to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation in all outlets.
- Develop individuals to build a strong team to deliver the business requirement
- Train and develop the Chef de Parties, Commis and Trainees
- Lead by example to ensure that each member of the team is motivated, engaged and fulfilling their potential
- Work closely with the Restaurant managers to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house
Highly experienced as a Chef in a similar 5 environment - Excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth running of the kitchen
- Passionate about high levels of cooking and standards
- Level 3 food hygiene
- Experience of stock control and ordering
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
