What you'll be doing
Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-dayLeading service and ensuring consistency in quality and presentationCoaching and developing the teamManaging food safety, compliance, and standardsContributing to menu development and innovation
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step upA hands-on leader who leads by examplePassion for consistency, quality, and presentationStrong organisational and people skills
