The Role

• Sous Chef role across multiple kitchens within the estate
• Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership
• Cooking modern British, seasonal menus with a strong farm-to-plate ethos
• Working with exceptional ingredients from kitchen gardens and trusted local suppliers
• Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
• Maintaining standards, consistency and service delivery

The Ideal Chef

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
• Calm, professional approach during busy services
• Positive, team-focused and development-driven

Location

Rural countryside setting near Lechlade, accessible from Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
