Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Sous Chef to join one of our flagship London operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef with a strong background in fine dining and high-end hospitality, who thrives in a professional, quality-driven environment. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy hospitality kitchen. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food across a range of services including à la carte dining, private rooms, buffets, and plated breakfasts. You will be part of a talented brigade of 9 chefs and 3 Kitchen Porters, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered.,

  • Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the brigade to deliver exceptional food quality
  • Oversee preparation and service across fine dining and hospitality events
  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality are always maintained
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health standards
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation

    Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
  • Background in fine dining or high-end hospitality
  • Comfortable delivering both structured service and bespoke hospitality events
  • Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and passionate about food and service excellence

    This role is primarily Monday to Friday daytime hours
  • Evening events are required (on average 2 per week), paid as overtime, typically finishing around 9:00pm
