Full Job Description
Working in a well-equipped kitchen, you'll be part of a supportive team committed to high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and dietary requirements.,
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals in line with residents' needs and preferences.
- Cater for a variety of diets, including modified textures, cultural requirements, and allergy-specific meals.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene in line with regulations.
- Work closely with care teams to ensure meals support residents' health and wellbeing.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and kitchen organisation effectively.
- Contribute to a welcoming, luxury dining experience in a nursing home setting.
Proven experience as a Chef in either a nursing home or luxury/high-end restaurant. - Good knowledge of allergens, special diets, and nutritional needs.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
