Sous chef

The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef, leading by example, and showcasing their creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role involves straight shifts with no evening work. The successful candidate will receive a fully supported induction to develop the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor the team through the company's Chef academy.
