As a sous chef, you will be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests and our teams. You will be a true expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, who uses this to lead, engage, and inspire the team around you.

If you:

• Are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them be the best they can be while maintaining high standards.


• Are experienced in managing the line, planning shifts to ensure we have the right cover, and love working with the team, coaching on the go.


• Have experience in supporting your kitchen's food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.


• Love to celebrate success with your team, recognizing what drives individuals and their needs.
