Sommelier - Pall Mall, London

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team in our prestigious Great Gallery fine dining restaurant based in our Pall Mall clubhouse. You will advise our members on the wine lists within the Club delivering a personalised and memorable experience.,

• Contribute towards development of wine list, updating as necessary
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
• Numerical skills and experience of cash handling
• Good communicator
  
  WSET Level 2
• Previous experience as a Sommelier
• Comprehensive knowledge of world wines and beverages
• Awareness of Licencing laws
