Sommelier - London

As Sommelier, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest journey through expert wine and beverage service. Working closely with our Head Sommelier and management team, you will help curate memorable dining experiences while developing your knowledge of fine wines, sake, and Japanese beverage culture.

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of wine and a genuine desire to continue learning
• Interest in Japanese cuisine, sake, and Japanese beverage traditions
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Passion for delivering warm, personalised hospitality
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced luxury dining environment
• WSET qualification is desirable but not essential
