Full Job Description

Successful Sommelier applicants (WSET Level 2 preferred) will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality. The sommelier is expected to fulfill a 45-hour work week spread across 4 days, with 3 days off. In a nutshell:

  • Curate and maintain the wine list, ensuring accurate vintages and stock levels.
  • Recommend and pair wines to complement menu offerings.
  • Support wine deliveries and maintain proper storage in the wine cellar.
  • Ensure the wine cellar is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist members and guests with wine selections, providing knowledgeable and professional service.
  • Contribute to staff training in wine and sake knowledge.
  • Collaborate with F&B teams to support private events and stock needs.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
