Sommelier - Mark's ClubWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Sommelier to join the team at Mark's Club, part of The Birley Clubs.Mark's Club is a private members' dining club, based in a serene Mayfair townhouse providing a solace to all its members from the hectic pace of the city outside. The Club serves the finest, award-winning cuisine alongside an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines and cigars.As Sommelier you will support the Senior Sommelier team with all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant and private dining room.
