Responsibilities As a Solutions Engineer in the Engineering Technologies team, you will blend aircraft maintenance expertise with cutting-edge digital solutions, delivering innovative data and analytics insights to enhance Engineering & Maintenance operations. You'll develop predictive maintenance and condition monitoring initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive digital transformation.
- Collaborate on use cases and proof of concept development
- Implement data-driven solutions to optimise performance
- Analyse engineering workflows to identify improvements
- Develop predictive maintenance solutions to reduce downtime and enhance safety
- Integrate digital tools with existing systems
- Ensure regulatory compliance and best practice standards
- Assist with training and adoption of new technologies
- Create reports and visualisations to share insights Qualifications We're looking for a data-focused problem solver with a passion for engineering innovation.
- Communicate effectively across all levels
- Be analytical, detail-oriented, and creative in problem solving
- Be self-motivated, adaptable, and delivery-focused
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Have knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Hold an Aerospace Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Have experience in Airline Engineering Operations, ideally Part-C-CAMO Beneficial Skills
- Be experienced with Palantir Foundry or Skywise
