Full Job Description

  • Support the UK Solutions Managers with content operations across our roster of clients.
  • Act as a strategic link between clients and internal Orchard teams, tackling questions and issues head on to deliver success across the distribution experience.
  • Support the UK Physical Operations team across their tasks and processes
  • Processing of sales orders and shipments, both for internal teams and external clients
  • Fulfilment and customer service across a variety of platforms
  • Continually identifying process and procedure improvement of existing tasks.
  • As part of the team, working proactively with all departments to ensure effective workflow.

    At least 1 year of relevant experience working in a distribution or label environment
  • Experience and understanding of both digital and physical distribution, and knowledge of the wider music industry
  • Experience and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience of problem solving in a fast paced environment, highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi task.
  • Excellent communication skills, via email, over the phone and in person
  • Experience of working in a customer facing capacity
