Experteer Overview As Senior Manager in Solution Architecture, you will lead end-to-end cloud and AI engineering platform architecture and commercialization in the Microsoft Enterprise channel. You will shape scalable patterns across application, DevSecOps, and platform engineering, driving governance and engineering excellence. You'll sponsor AI-driven agentic engineering across the SDLC and translate frontier technologies into reusable capabilities. You engage senior stakeholders, guide delivery at scale, and help win strategic deals with ROI-focused propositions. Pay / Benefits

• Own end-to-end architecture for complex cloud and digital transformation programs (Azure-centric but not exclusive). Define scalable design patterns across application, DevSecOps, and platform engineering using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and open source tech. Ensure architectural integrity, governance, and engineering excellence. Lead the design and evolution of AI-driven engineering platforms embedding automation across the SDLC. Define and operationalize multi-agent architectures across design, development, testing, and operations. Translate frontier AI technologies into reusable engineering capabilities and offerings. Lead solutioning for strategic deals, including architecture, estimation, and cost models. Develop value propositions linked to ROI, productivity, and cost reduction. Own and evolve local go-to-market offerings for Agentic Engineering. Provide architectural oversight through delivery and establish engineering best practices across DevOps and automation. Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams. Engage senior stakeholders on cloud strategy, AI adoption, and engineering operating models; lead client workshops and executive briefings.
