About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our specialist Property Litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes. We are looking for a Solicitor with a Litigation background who has experience in or is looking to develop their expertise in property-related disputes. The successful candidate will:
- Manage a varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters.
- Advise clients on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider building safety legislation.
- Represent clients in proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal, and County Court.
- Utilise and apply procedural knowledge relating to tribunal and court processes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical and commercially focused advice.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen client relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within litigation, whether in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, or another Civil Litigation discipline.
- A strong understanding of court and tribunal procedures.
- An interest or experience in Residential Leasehold Litigation and property-related disputes.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- The ability to supervise, mentor, and support Paralegals, Trainees, and Legal Assistants.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
