About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our specialist Property Litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes. We are looking for a Solicitor with a Litigation background who has experience in or is looking to develop their expertise in property-related disputes. The successful candidate will:

• Manage a varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters.


• Advise clients on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider building safety legislation.


• Represent clients in proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal, and County Court.


• Utilise and apply procedural knowledge relating to tribunal and court processes.


• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical and commercially focused advice.


• Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen client relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience within litigation, whether in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, or another Civil Litigation discipline.


• A strong understanding of court and tribunal procedures.


• An interest or experience in Residential Leasehold Litigation and property-related disputes.


• Excellent communication and client care skills.


• The ability to supervise, mentor, and support Paralegals, Trainees, and Legal Assistants.


• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
