The Role You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build matters Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions Take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion in line with firm processes Deliver an efficient, consistent service in line with the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol and CQS requirements Contribute to the

team's financial performance through effective file management, billing discipline, and matter progression Play an active role in maintaining and growing referrer relationships About You Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE Strong technical experience across residential conveyancing matters Confident managing files independently from instruction to completion Excellent client care and communication skills Commercially aware with an understanding of profitability, file management and service delivery Proven ability, or a clear and credible plan, to build and maintain a network of introducers Able to balance quality, volume and client expectations in a busy environment Ambitious and motivated to contribute to team growth Why Join Us?
