• Assisting with multi-million-pound settlements via Deputyships and Trusts
• Overseeing property transactions and care arrangements
• Preparing statutory will applications
• Running your own caseload of property and affairs matters
• Supporting the Deputy in delivering high-quality, client-centred services
• Collaborating with associates and paralegals to ensure seamless support, As part of the Irwin Mitchell Group's on-boarding process all successful applicants are required to complete the group's employment screening process. Requirements
• NQ-4 years PQE
• Strong understanding of Court of Protection procedures and related litigation
• Private client experience (desirable)
• Travel to the Birmingham office will be required once a week.
