Key Responsibilities: Developing on-board software for next-generation Defence Systems
Leading a team to deliver embedded software on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Providing technical management and oversight of a team of software developers
Ensuring effective project planning, delivery, and cost control
Communicating effectively at all levels within the company
Eliciting and understanding requirements and available design solutions

Using coding and modelling languages such as UML, C, C++, and Ada Job Requirements: Experience in senior leadership roles within software development teams
Proficiency in project management methodologies
