We are looking for Product Owners to join our Software Systems Capability function in Derby or Solihull.

What you will be doing

• Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for your product area.


• Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritised work that maximises value.


• Measure outcomes rather than outputs using data to continuously improve the product.


• Take accountability for product quality and delivery.


• Build relationships across the organisation through credibility, transparency and consistent delivery.

Position qualifications

• Technical competency to have meaningful conversations with engineers.


• Ability to prioritise tasks based on the technical input (effort, complexity, sustainability).


• Understanding of how the product is integrated within the ecosystem of other products and departments (System).


• Knowledge foundation of a High Integrity development process and certification.


• Basic understanding of technical complexity and effort drivers to differentiate between solutions.


• Ability to structure work in collaboration tools and apply agile metrics.
