  • You are a fast learner who can quickly become effective in unfamiliar tech stacks and situations, and can rapidly acquire client/sector knowledge. You have a good understanding of best practice principles for technical architecture, and are comfortable applying these in unfamiliar situations to design new systems. You are a strong communicator, who can explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical people and impress clients. Evidence of a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering challenging projects/programmes. Experience working in a delivery leadership role within an agency or consultancy environment. Experience managing teams, with accountability for the work of 10+ onshore staff. Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practice (SDLC) and awareness of technical approaches and trends. An interest in technology and how things are created. Your Approach

  • The Package Softwire operates transparent pay scales with generous compensation. These engineering positions will need to be on-site in central London 4 days per week. Base salary from £50,600-£78,800 depending on your background and how many years of relevant experience you have. Pension: Additional 5% of salary.
