Full Job Description
- You'll get to work with a variety of tools, especially Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and the Dataverse.

You'll be part of a team of developers, analysts and testers who work closely together - and with the wider business - to build useful, user friendly software. We believe in working as one team, learning from each other, and supporting every voice to be heard.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate (1+ years' experience).
- Able to write code in C#, JavaScript and SQL - you don't need to be an expert in everything, but some knowledge is important.
- A problem solver who enjoys finding solutions and working through challenges logically.
- Able to analyse user requirements and translate them into software design specifications.
- Someone who cares about users - we want our software to be helpful, reliable and easy to use.
- Familiar with testing, source control (like Git), and agile ways of working.
- A clear communicator - able to work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Willing to learn, grow, and adapt as we do.
