Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on modern programming languages - Demonstrable knowledge of MVC frameworks and/or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with PHP, Slim Framework, JavaScript, React, and MySQL
- Understanding of accessibility best practices for front-end development
- Experience with testing frameworks
- Knowledge of software design best practices
- Proficiency in source control, specifically Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Passion for mentoring and developing other developers
- Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
