Soft Services (Cleaning) Supervisor

Mitie is seeking an experienced and motivated Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a cleaning team to deliver high standards of service. the successful candidate will ensure SLA requirements are met, maintain health and safety compliance, and support the development of team members.,

• Supervise and support cleaning staff on a daily basis
• ensure all routine, planned and periodic cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor staff performance and adherence to schedules
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Promote ands maintain health and safety standards.
• Manage cleaning equipment, consumables, stock levels, and uniform distribution.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain compliance with Mitie Policies and procedures
• Build positive working relationships with management, clients and customers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  
  Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• good knowledge of cleaning operations and health & safety requirements
• Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to motivate teams and achieve operational goals., this role is suited to an experienced cleaning professional or current supervisor who has strong team leadership skills, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to ensure high cleaning standards while meeting client expectations and contractual requirements.
