This is a fixed-term opportunity within Conwy's Permanency and Pathways Team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed Social Worker to join our Children, Families and Safeguarding Service. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced Social Workers who are ready to make a real difference to the lives of Children Looked After and Care Leavers. The Permanency and Pathways Team works with children and young people who are looked after, care experienced and preparing for adulthood. Our focus is on securing safe, stable and lasting family arrangements, supporting reunification where appropriate, and helping young people achieve positive futures through effective pathway planning.
