Social Workers

As a Level 1 Social Worker in our Mental Health team, you'll use your skills, knowledge, and experience to manage a varied caseload, working alongside adults with mental health needs to understand what matters to them. You will carry out assessments of need, manage risk and coordinate care using strengths-based, person-centred practice. You'll develop care and support planning in partnership with individuals, families, community, education, and health professionals helping people to live as independently as possible while promoting wellbeing and safety. The is a face-to-face role, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively with health and community partners to deliver the best possible support. The role offers the opportunity to further develop your social work practice within a supportive Mental Health Team. The individual is at the centre of everything we do. About The Team We are a team of Social Workers, Social Work Assistants based across 3 teams in Lincolnshire. We strive to be proactive and use a Strengths Based Approach, to enable our customers to live as independently as possible. We put the customer at the centre of the process and advocate their wishes to achieve the best possible outcomes. We are a supportive team and welcome the different strengths and experiences new people bring.
