Full Job Description

We are seeking 2 Social Workers to join The Adult Neurodiversity Team, supporting adults with neurodivergent conditions including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a strengths-based, person-centred service that promotes independence, wellbeing, and inclusion. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality social care assessments, support planning, and safeguarding interventions, while working closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies.

  • Is a qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
  • Has experience working within adult social care
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
  • Has a commitment to strengths-based practice and co-production
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
