Social Worker - SEND Family Help Service

You will work as part of a supportive, multi-agency team alongside colleagues in education, health and the voluntary sector, contributing to Family Help and safeguarding processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a service that values relationship-based practice, reflective thinking and innovation.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with experience of working with children, young people and families. You will be confident in assessment, care planning and direct work, with a good understanding of safeguarding, child development, legislation and the needs of children and young people with SEND.
