You are an experienced Social Worker with a strong background in high-quality statutory social work. You excel in working with Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care scenarios, are adept at managing risk using evidence-based approaches, and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing child and family outcomes. Your approach is rooted in skilled relationship-building and effective decision-making within multi-agency frameworks.
This role involves leading safeguarding processes and contributing to multi-agency planning. You will be responsible for delivering well-structured, analytical reports, including those for court purposes, and ensuring timely and precise documentation. Your duties include completing Section 47 enquiries and comprehensive Child and Family Assessments. You will be on site for 5 days during your duty week (every third week), with flexibility for hybrid working during non-duty weeks.
