Social Worker - Integrated Front Door

• Assess the needs of children and young people, identifying risk and deciding what support or protection is required
• Work closely with partners to share information and make safe shared decisions
• Use your professional curiosity, decision-making skills and understanding of thresholds to ensure children's safety
• Manage your own caseload with the support of a Team Manager, developing increased autonomy as you progress
• Maintain high-quality, timely and accurate case records
• Contribute to service improvement by sharing best practice, ideas and learning
• Provide guidance to student social workers and apprentices.
  
  You will need:
• A recognised social work qualification and Social Work England registration
• Experience of working in children's social care
• Strong assessment, analytical and communication skills
• Confidence working with partner agencies in a multi-agency environment
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and strengths-based practice
• A passion for making a difference-right from the first conversation with a family
