Full Job Description
- Conduct assessments and prepare detailed reports relating to potential fostering placements.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring a stable and supportive environment for foster children.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to meet the individual needs of children in care.
- Attend meetings and reviews, advocating for the best interests of children and young people.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all legal responsibilities and regulations pertaining to foster care.
Degree or equivalent in social work with relevant qualifications. - Current registration with Social Work England is essential.
- Extensive frontline experience in UK Social Services, especially within a fostering environment.
