Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Children in Care team in Kettering. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and young people., You will work with looked after children, managing a busy caseload and collaborating closely with the Leaving Care Service and external partners. The role requires confidence in working within a demanding environment while maintaining high standards of care and support.
- Proven experience working with looked after children
- Background in LAC, court teams, safeguarding, or similar
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Social Work England registration
