About the Team
The team consists of a Team Manager and Practice Supervisors to support all our Social Workers, and have a dedicated business support team to enable Social Workers to spend more time with Children, Young People and their families.

We are creative in the ways we work with families and no two plans look the same, and you are supported by new technology which means that more time can be spent with young people and their families., Our team works with children and young people who are cared for by the Local Authority, working closely with families, using an established Practice Model to create plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people. This includes working with children in the care of their parents or members of their network, in Local Authority foster care or sometimes residential care and children and families going through care proceedings. This means we cover all aspects of the court process, a good understanding of this or a willingness to learn is vital.
We have high aspirations for our young people and always strive to work collaboratively with children, young people and their families, working strongly with the belief that each child and young person has a network around them which it is essential to work with.
