• Pay Band J - £37,280 to £39,152 per annum


• Pay Band K - £39,862 to £41,771 per annum


• Pay Band L - £42,839 to £44,075 per annum

Location: Hybrid Working, Knowsley Council, Borough Wide

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Role

• Work with adults with a wide range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, older adults, and carers.


• Complete strengths-based assessments and develop person-centred support plans.


• Undertake safeguarding enquiries, applying professional curiosity and sound judgement.


• Work collaboratively with health partners, voluntary agencies, carers and families.


• Promote independence, wellbeing and choice, in line with the Care Act.


• Contribute to a positive team environment where learning and reflective practice are encouraged.
