Social worker

You will join the team at Priory Stockton Hall. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

• To provide expertise and leadership in Safeguarding.
• To bring clear focus on the rights of all service users and their families, including the ability to investigate, evaluate and learn from allegations to improve safety, dignity and compassion within the unit.
• To work as part of the Multi- disciplinary Team focusing on prevention, early intervention, building resilience and self-care, reducing and delaying dependency.
  
  Stockton Hall Hospital, just outside York, are well-known for producing positive clinical outcomes for highly complex patients. The hospital is split across nine wards, providing care for up to 112 male and female patients with a broad range of diagnoses including PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disability, mental illness, and personality disorder. FTE Salary : £44,166 Part Time - 19 hours Priory Hospital Stockton Hall has an opportunity for a Social Worker to join our team. This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 19 hours per week, flexibility available. The salary range pro rata for this role is between £32,734 - £41,463.
