Full Job Description
As a Social Worker, you can be the reason why lives change for the better, helping some of the most vulnerable people gain a brighter future. With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multidisciplinary team on a part time basis for 22.5 hours at Aderyn which has a strong emphasis on teamwork and offer a high quality step down service for men with enduring mental health conditions sets a sector-leading example of clear care pathways for service users with a focus on recovery. As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future. You report to the Safeguarding Lead, and will manage internal investigations and liaise with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process, while enjoying access to a range of training opportunities
