Social Worker

As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of key duties including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults at risk, ensuring their needs and wishes are at the forefront of safeguarding processes.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners.
• Providing expert advice and support to junior social workers and other professionals within the team.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Participating in safeguarding investigations and leading on complex cases that require a higher level of expertise.

• Registration with Social Work England.

• Proven ability to manage complex cases, demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
