Full Job Description
As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of key duties including:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults at risk, ensuring their needs and wishes are at the forefront of safeguarding processes.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners.
- Providing expert advice and support to junior social workers and other professionals within the team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Participating in safeguarding investigations and leading on complex cases that require a higher level of expertise.
