Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our Patient and Family Support Team, working across our Little Hulton and Heald Green sites to support people living with a life limiting illness, and those close to them., To provide specialist palliative care social work interventions to people who access Moya Coles services. Actively participate in service development and improvement. This will include service evaluation, education and development relevant innovation programs and research. To act as a source of expert advice and support regarding social work and safeguarding. To deputise for the Patient and Family Support Team Leader/Advanced Social Worker as and when required. Moya Coles values are important for all staff and volunteers to ensure best use of resources to deliver a high quality service for all those who access the hospice.
