Social Worker

With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multidisciplinary team at Spring Wood Lodge, Leeds which has a strong emphasis on teamwork, and where you will provide care for patients to step down through their recoverys. As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future. Full time 37.5 hours or part time 22.5 hours will be considered. You report to the Safeguarding Lead, and will manage internal investigations and liaise with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process, while enjoying access to a range of training opportunities that can see your career grow and you achieve your career

Typically, they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severe mental illness.
