Have you finished your ASYE year and looking to step up into a Band 6? Or wanting a change of pace in your clinical work? We are looking for a post-ASYE year/experienced Social Worker to join our compassionate and forward-thinking team in Buckinghamshire. As part of a supportive multi-disciplinary service, you will work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health needs, providing high-quality social care interventions that promote safety, independence and recovery.This is an excellent chance for a motivated practitioner who is passionate about strengths-based, relationship-centred practice, and who wants to make a meaningful difference to adults, families and carers across Buckinghamshire. You will be an ambassador for social work within adult mental health, championing high standards of practice and contributing to service improvement within a dynamic clinical environment.,

  • Deliver high-quality social work practice including Care Act assessments, MCA assessments, support planning and reviews, using a strengths-based and personalised approach.
  • Manage a caseload within reflective supervision, completing timely, proportionate interventions that promote independence, wellbeing and recovery for adults with mental health needs.
  • Identify, assess and manage risk, ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures, escalating concerns appropriately and contributing to multi-agency safeguarding processes.
  • Work collaboratively with adults, families, carers and multi-disciplinary partners, building effective relationships and ensuring lived experience informs support planning.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and produce high-quality professional reports in line with GDPR, legislation and local authority/Trust procedures.
  • Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
